About Telefoongids Texel: The printed Texel Directory, containing current addresses and phone numbers of local residents and businesses, has been published annually since 1988 in a compact, user-friendly format. All entries are provided voluntarily by the island's inhabitants and enterprises, and data from external sources are not included to ensure compliance with legal regulations. The directory has been distributed free of charge on Texel each year. Recently, the directory has been digitized to serve as a supplement for iPhone and iPad users. It can also be accessed online via www.telefoongidstexek.nl as an additional service. The app was developed to complement the printed edition for users who own an iPhone or iPad.
